       The village is to be found 12 kilometres from Nîmes, on the N 86 road  going towards Avignon, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and hills.

       Three road and railway lines go through the Commune, from the south-west to the north-east. To the north there are four hills, the Péchicard (128m), the Badassel (132m), the Old Mill hill (108m), and the Combe (112m). In the centre is the village, between the A9 motorway and the N86. To the south is an agricultural plain with few habitations, in areas called Loubade, les Aires, Mandallan,  Créve Caval, la Saurède, Trial, Terre Blaquière, Aubresprin, le Pont Carmentran, Garrigue Basse.
